1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions define the rules for booking and staying at the AURA RESORT cabins located at Żeglarska Street, 39-400 Tarnobrzeg, Poland.

The company is a registered VAT payer. Upon request, a VAT invoice may be issued for your stay.

Making a reservation and completing the payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Reservations and Payments

Reservations are confirmed upon payment in accordance with the terms provided during the booking process.

Payment for the stay is divided into two installments:

• 50% of the reservation value payable at the time of booking,
• the remaining 50% payable no later than 7 days before the planned arrival date.

For reservations made less than 7 days before arrival, the full amount is charged in a single payment.

AURA RESORT reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the event of non-payment within the specified deadline.

To receive a VAT invoice, guests are requested to provide invoice details during the booking process or no later than on the day of arrival.

The stay price includes:

• accommodation,
• one parking space,
• bed linen and towels,
• Wi-Fi access,
• exemption from the entry fee to Lake Tarnobrzeskie for the registered vehicle.

3. Refundable Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of PLN 500 is required for each stay.

The deposit is collected in the form of a pre-authorized hold on the guest’s account 1 day before the planned arrival date.

The deposit is refunded within 3 days after check-out and inspection of the cabin by the property staff.

AURA RESORT reserves the right to deduct from the deposit costs related to:

• damage to equipment or furnishings,
• excessive dirt or mess,
• loss of the access card,
• violation of the stay rules,
• the need for specialist cleaning or ozone treatment of the cabin.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM.

Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

AURA RESORT offers a self check-in system.

The access code to the cabin is sent via SMS and e-mail to the contact details provided during booking.

The access code is active only during the stay and is automatically deactivated after check-out.

After departure, the cabin is inspected by the property staff.

5. Stay Rules

AURA RESORT is intended for family and recreational stays.

Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Parties, bachelor/bachelorette events, and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited.

The number of guests staying in the cabin may not exceed the number declared in the reservation.

Smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and any tobacco or electronic smoking products is strictly prohibited in all cabins.

The use of open fire and devices that may create a fire hazard is prohibited.

Charging electric vehicles using outlets located inside the cabins or elsewhere on the property is prohibited without prior permission from the staff.

Guests are required to use the cabin in accordance with its intended purpose, safety regulations, and principles of social conduct.

The air conditioning system automatically switches off when windows or terrace doors are open.

Removing towels, blankets, or any cabin equipment outside the property is prohibited.

Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

6. Pets

AURA RESORT accepts dogs upon prior request.

Bringing a dog is subject to an additional fee according to the current price list.

Dogs may not be left unattended in the cabin.

Pet owners are fully responsible for any damage or excessive dirt caused by their animals.

AURA RESORT does not accept other animals.

7. Parking and Lake Entry

Each cabin includes one guaranteed parking space marked with the cabin name. Additional parking spaces are available subject to availability.

There are over 1,500 parking spaces around Lake Tarnobrzeskie, so parking should not be an issue.

In order to receive exemption from the entry fee to Lake Tarnobrzeskie, guests are required to provide their vehicle registration number before arrival.

8. Monitoring and Safety

The AURA RESORT property is monitored by CCTV in order to ensure guest safety and protect the property.

Guests are required to lock doors and close windows whenever leaving the cabin.

AURA RESORT is not responsible for items left unattended.

9. Liability

Guests use the property at their own responsibility.

AURA RESORT shall not be held liable for random events beyond its control, including interruptions in utilities caused by external factors.

10. Final Provisions

The staff of AURA RESORT reserves the right to refuse further stay to guests violating the property regulations without refund.

Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the stay rules.

In matters not regulated herein, Polish law shall apply.
