Coffee

For the comfort of our Guests, each cabin is equipped with a capsule coffee machine.
As part of your stay, we provide 7 complimentary coffee capsules, which can be found on the dining table.
Additional capsules can be ordered for PLN 4 each.

Campfire

Aura Resort has a designated campfire area available for our Guests.

For PLN 100, we provide:

• firewood and firelighters,
• metal roasting sticks for sausages,
• paper plates, cups and napkins,
• wooden cutlery.

Please make your reservation at least one day in advance. Reservations are subject to availability, as the campfire area may already be booked by Guests staying in another cabin.

After use, please leave the area tidy and dispose of any used tableware, packaging and other waste.

Travel Cot for a Child

Upon request, we can provide a travel cot free of charge for a child up to 36 months of age and weighing no more than 15 kg, subject to availability. We have three travel cots available. Each cot comes with a folding mattress and fitted sheet.

For the safety of young children, we do not provide a pillow or duvet. Suitable sleeping accessories appropriate for your child’s age and needs should be arranged independently.

Towel Replacement

For stays of 4 nights or longer, we provide one complimentary towel replacement during your stay.

Earlier or additional towel replacement is available upon request:

large bath towel – PLN 15 each
small towel – PLN 10 each

Waste

If your rubbish bag becomes full during your stay, please place it outside the cabin by 11:00 a.m. We will collect it and leave a new rubbish bag for you.

Child Safety

Please ensure that children staying on the property remain under the constant supervision of an adult.

Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of children throughout their stay.

Robotic Lawn Mower

An automatic robotic lawn mower operates on the property from time to time.

For safety reasons, please:

• do not approach the mower while it is operating or charging,
• do not touch or stop it,
• do not sit on it or allow children to play with it,
• leave enough space for it to operate freely.

Whenever possible, we will fulfil your request on the same day. If your request is received after our staff have left the property, it may be fulfilled the following day.
